yeah I think it's the lowest one psu that can handle it. You could use it with 450 watt but if you use like a lot of ssds,add it will probably have some issues.

Yeah but you will run into some problems, since the requirement is 550 watts minimum. And no, it will not work on a 450 watt power supply.
it will work I've done it before. Those requirements are not so specific they are recommended!
