The spacious compartment can accommodate up to 14 knives. The sterilizer is made of very durable stainless steel, while the doors are made of resistant plexiglass. UV radiation is responsible for precise sterilization. The light it produces destroys up to 99% of harmful microorganisms. The knife holder is made of stainless steel. A micro switch prevents the lamp from being activated when the doors are open. The built-in timer allows for setting the operation time up to 60 minutes.
