The monofilament non-absorbable suture POLYAMID 6/0, with a 16mm cutting triangular needle and a length of 45cm, can generally be used for the approximation, retention in contact, and/or closure of soft tissues. Its use is not indicated for the tissues of the central cardiovascular and central nervous system.
The non-adhesion of the POLYAMID suture to the tissues allows for easy and painless removal. The POLYAMID suture is usually removed within a month.
