It provides stable temperature and lower consumption than regular instant water heaters as it only uses the necessary power to heat the water to the desired temperature.
Inverter Technology
It provides stable temperature and lower consumption than regular instant water heaters as it only uses the necessary power to heat the water to the desired temperature.
Compatible with solar or boiler
It can be installed in series with existing warm water, achieving even greater savings.
If the CEX is the only source of hot water, the following apply in any case:
- More economical in electricity consumption by 30 to 40% compared to non-electronic instant water heaters and 60 to 70% compared to traditional water heaters.
Operating Power
The operating power and consumption are controlled by the electronic brain according to the temperature and flow of the incoming water, in order to select the desired temperature precisely and maintain it stable.
The selected temperature ranges between 20 C and 60 C, is adjusted with touch buttons and displayed on the large screen, where the operation and programming options are also shown.
Programming Buttons
Two programming buttons for setting temperature values, activating the temperature limit, as well as operation and adjustment/programming menu indicators.+
In addition, it has a remote control with temperature indicators and other settings for more convenient use and remote adjustment.
Temperature Memories
2 Temperature memories adjustable by you easily for each use, for example:
- Temperature 35C for hand washing
- Temperature 42C for shower or any other desired temperature.
Instant Water Heaters & Instant Heater Taps
- Flow switch: Activates the device only when there is water flow.
- Safety thermostat: Provides protection against overheating.
- Inlet/outlet temperature sensors: Control and display on the screen, if selected, the temperature of the incoming or outgoing water.
Installation
It is central and can be used either as the main option for heating the water for household use, or as a supplementary. It can provide hot water throughout the house for your everyday needs, as long as there are appropriate pipes for the distribution of hot water. This may result in heat and energy losses due to distance.
What is an instant water heater?
The instant water heater is a type of heater that heats water in real time. It only heats the water that passes through it at that moment. There is no storage tank for hot water. This has many advantages, such as energy saving, as only the water that is used is heated, as well as longer lifespan, as there is no water tank and accumulation of salts in the heating element and other components.
It operates on electricity and requires three-phase power supply, so a three-phase power supply is required.
How It Works
The instant water heater has a cold water inlet pipe, which passes through the resistance, heats up, and comes out in the hot water outlet pipe. A necessary condition for the instant water heater to initially operate is that the pressure of the cold water inlet is not too low.
The water temperature is regulated by a thermostat, so as not to exceed a maximum value. The temperatures that the hot water reaches are pre-set so that someone can use the hot water directly, without the need for mixing with cold water.
The maximum temperature that can be reached for hot water production is 60 °C, while the maximum flow rate of water reaches up to 8.1 liters per minute. As an indication, 38-42 °C degrees are the standard for shower use.
Advantages of instant water heaters compared to traditional electric water heaters
- It is small in size and does not take up much space.
- There is no energy loss, as only the water that is being used is heated at that moment. Therefore, there is savings on the electricity bill. In a traditional water heater, the unused hot water goes to waste.
- The hot water used in the instant water heater is used as is, without mixing with cold water, as in a traditional water heater. This results in water savings, in addition to electricity savings.
- There is no need to wait for the water to heat up. As soon as we turn on the faucet, hot water starts running in a few seconds. A traditional water heater takes a few minutes, depending on its size.
- The hot water never runs out. As long as we have the faucet open, we will have hot water.
