Fast-curing adhesive (D2 category) for all types of bonding, including hot or cold tape bonding.

• For construction adhesive applications (frame bonding).
• For joints (solid wood and sheets).
• For veneers and plastic tape bonding (except for PVC, ABC, and untreated or un-sanded polyester tapes).
• Large surface bonding, HPL sheets, chipboard, etc.
• Dries quickly.
• Highly heat-resistant.

Drying Time
The clamping time depends on environmental conditions, wood type, moisture content, and the amount of adhesive used.
Under normal conditions, the minimum clamping time is:
1. Wood bonding:
approx. 12 minutes at +20°C
approx. 8 minutes at +30°C
2. HPL bonding:
approx. 15 minutes at +20°C
approx. 8 minutes at +60°C
approx. 4 minutes at +80°C
3. Tape bonding:
approx. 6 minutes at +20°C
approx. 90 seconds at +60°C
approx. 60 seconds at +80°C

The clamping time will be longer for solid wood bonding (regardless of preheating) or for multilayer materials.
The above times are based on an adhesive consumption of 150 g/m2. A smaller amount of adhesive shortens the clamping time.
