Well, but....first of all, the (increase) in price is unjustifiable, it is not normally in this category of money, they were much lower in Greece, and now with the increase, there is a question of whether they are worth what they ask for..
a. They do have a pretty good sound, but not amazing.. their sound is not so "full" or crystal clear, I would say it is "convenient" to easily match with systems and spaces.
b. Relatively convenient installation (they do not require the precision of proper placement).. and discreet in the space!
c. The main drawback for me is that they do not have a distinctive "Character" in terms of sound, AND for their current price, they will necessarily have to be evaluated more strictly (I don't know if the stars-rating of What Hifi is enough for someone to say it's okay)...
update: after the rising of prices of all models/brands (even more), and after comparing with enough competitors , they now deserved to regain the star they had at 1st place...(i don't rate them 5 stars ,because I'm not yet convinced they're the best in their category, but they're good and still there)..

I have them in my possession for a month and a half. It took 100 hours to break them in. The sound is quite good, much better than other speakers at the same price. The music I listen to is mainly rock, jazz, metal, instrumental, electronica, and I use them in a 5.1 system. Musically, they are pleasant with deep bass, quite extended but not particularly accurate. The midrange is satisfactory (I would prefer them to be more lively), while the highs are quite apparent and maybe even excessive, but very detailed. Note that they perform better with a flat sound (as the manufacturer points out). They perform exceptionally well in movies, as the tweeters are wide-range and provide an extensive stereo image. The woofers, although 5 1/4 inches, have enough volume in the bass, so you have no reason to doubt the bass. Placement in the room is of utmost importance for performance. They were connected to an Onkyo tx sr373 5x135w /6Ω system. Source: laptop/CD/HIRES player. File types: MP3 320Kbs Flac16/24bit dsd 128. Home cinema: dolby digital+, pcm. 4 stars for not-so-lively sound, no bi-wiring. The covers could better cover the speakers to prevent dust (in my opinion). I highly recommend them. I hope I helped.

They were connected to a rotel ra 970bx amplifier, which is of a much higher category than the previous amplifiers, and the speakers had excellent performance. They have a warmer sound with great dynamics and excellent stereo image. I definitely recommend them in this price range. If I were to buy again, I would choose the same ones!
