    I would not recommend it for someone who wants a tabletop wireless charger. The only reason to use it is if you want to hold your phone while wirelessly charging. But for most people, a simple cable charger is okay in this case.
    As a connection, it's okay. And the contact is good without a case. But (on 12 mini) it only magnetizes well in one orientation, with the cable facing down.
    Three stars. Mixed feelings. I suggest you stick to Apple's own version.
