Sika SikaCem ExtraBond-100 mortar admixture is a white liquid emulsion used in mortars and renders. It improves workability, adhesion and flexibility while reducing permeability and the risk of cracking.

It is used to prepare bonding slurry, waterproof renders and mortars, floor mortars and screeds, mortars for local repairs and profile repairs, as well as pointing mortars for masonry. It improves resistance to abrasion, frost and chemicals. Typical consumption is 5–10% by weight of the cement, depending on the application.
