Την καρέκλα την ανεβάζετε τέρμα πάνω και μετά κατεβαίνει μόνη της στην 1η τρύπα. Νομίζω το ίδιο ισχύει κ για το γραφείο.
Πατάς εκεί που ξεκουράζονται τα πόδια κάτω από το γραφείο και το τραβάς πάνω.
Βάζεις αντίσταση και το τραβάς προς τα πάνω.. όταν φτάσει στο τέρμα κατεβαίνει παλι στο αρχικό σημείο...
