    The worst purchase I have ever made. I had it for about seven years and never enjoyed it. I would quickly vacuum because in 30 seconds, on the second setting, it would stop working, even though the manual stated 5 minutes on the second (strong) setting and 15 minutes on the first. The batteries were problematic from the beginning, I took it to an authorized repair center and they found everything to be fine, despite me mentioning the issue. The battery replacement cost 90 to 100 euros, which is prohibitive considering that the vacuum itself cost me around 150-160 euros, if I remember correctly. I tried to fix it at an unauthorized service center, changed the batteries, and the vacuum stopped working, as I was told, due to unauthorized intervention on the device. I visited the authorized repair center again and they told me they couldn't help me. I threw it in the trash, as it was. Far away!!!!
