As it says in the other comments, unfortunately the pills are very large; even if you cut them in half, they are still very thick and you feel like you’re choking. Personally, I cut the edges because they are oval and then in the middle, so that way I don’t choke, but it’s a tedious process to sit and cut them because you also have to take 3 each time to reach 400 mcg.

Ειναι πολυ δυσκολο να το παρεις μονο να το διαλυσεις σε νερο η να το κανεις 2-3 κοματια και παλι κολαει στο λαιμο,δεν επρεπε να κυκλοφορει σε τετοιο επικυνδινο μεγεθος

I almost choked, the tablets are like large pieces of chalk, they dissolve inside the box and stick to the throat even if you cut them into smaller pieces. I threw it away after 5 days and I have never thrown away a supplement before, but I don't want to risk choking.

κόντεψα να πνιγώ, είναι σαν ασβέστης σε μεγάλα κομμάτια οι ταμπλέτες, διαλύονται μέσα στο κουτάκι και κολλάνε στον λαιμό ακόμα και σε κομματάκια να τις κόψεις. Το πέταξα μετά από 5 μέρες και δεν έχω ξαναπετάξει ποτέ συμπλήρωμα, αλλά δεν διακινδυνεύω να πνιγώ.

Δεν ξέρω πώς να βάλω φωτογραφία σε απάντηση ώστε να δείτε τα συστατικά, αλλά η δοσολογία είναι 3 κάψουλες στις οποίες συνολικά περιέχονται 400mg μαγνησίου και 15mg βιταμίνης Β6 και αναφέρει πως πρέπει να λαμβάνεται πριν τον ύπνο.
