Πρέπει να ζυγίζει γύρω στα 10-12 κιλα, χωρίς τα κουπιά. Ενας άνθρωπος άνετα το χειρίζεται, αλλά αν η παραλία έχει πέτρες καλό είναι να υπάρχει και δεύτερο άτομο να το σηκώνει απο πίσω για να μην σέρνεται και γδέρνεται.
