The Sandflex® bi-metal hole saws are specially designed for cutting metal but can also be used with most materials, such as wood and plastics.

  • They cut ferrous materials (steel, stainless steel, cast iron) and non-ferrous materials (aluminum, brass, copper).
  • Max. cutting depth 38 mm (1 1/2”).
  • Bi-metal construction with 8% cobalt for increased wear resistance.
  • 4/6 teeth per inch.
  • Max. hole size = nominal hole saw size +1.5 mm/- 0.0.
  • Very large sizes: 168 and 210 mm with 6 teeth per inch, standard cutting depth 177 mm with 4/6 teeth per inch, max. cutting depth 50 mm.
