Φαντάζομαι να λειτουργεί και αντίστροφα δηλαδή από SCART που είναι σε μένα το DVD player σε HDMI που έχει η τηλεόραση.

Όχι. Δεν λειτουργούν αντίστροφα, για αυτό πρέπει να προσέξεις αν θα πάρεις HDMI->SCART ή SCART->HDMI. Νομίζω χρειάζεσαι το δεύτερο.
