    Excellent! I haven't used it for pizza yet, I make bread and so far it's the best I've tried.
    And for cooked dishes it works just fine as well, as long as the pot/tray you put inside has a lid so the upper heating elements don't get dirty - or you can simply put aluminum foil on top.
