Very good product but guys be careful. Greek electricians are not familiar with instantaneous water heaters as they are abroad. And generally, the Greek standards do not support it. My installing electrician ignored my advice and put wiring and a fuse in the panel for a standard water heater, resulting in the fuse blowing due to overvoltage. The 9Kw corresponds to 40 Amp in single-phase, and the average household has a 40Amp main fuse as well as the fuse at the DEDDIE meter. As you can understand, the machine, although it works perfectly, has become useless as it cannot operate under these conditions. I would only recommend it for three-phase installation and under certain conditions.

Very good quality construction, but it is only for washing dishes and hands. The only way to satisfy in the bathroom is to connect it to the shower faucet. This applies to all single-phase instantaneous water heaters as they do not have the power at 9KW to heat the water quickly. It must be combined with a high-pressure shower telephone (small holes).
Requires connection with a 6mm cable, so a new external cable must be "run" from the panel!

It would be an excellent choice if the required load was smaller. If you don't have three-phase power, you will have to turn off all the other energy-consuming devices to take a shower. Otherwise, the electricity meter drops.
Update after 2 years and more: I would say my initial assessment was incorrect regarding the load. At 55, when it was pulling all the kW, it was logical that it didn't leave room for other devices. But this temperature is not necessary, unless of course someone loves a hot shower. Finally, let me remind you that we set the temperature so that we only open the hot water and not mix it with cold!!! This way, we achieve the best possible savings both in load and in our pockets.

I installed it and it is quiet, heats the water immediately but it didn't work for me due to old house/piping and long distances from bathroom to kitchen, etc. In an apartment or small country house, I believe it is the best tool because when you want hot water, you have it without consuming a lot of electricity and at the moment you want it. I believe it is the top in its category after conducting extensive research for a long time.

I have had this specific water heater for about three months. It is very economical and of high quality. I highly recommend it. Its only negative is that it requires its own power installation, meaning a larger 25 or 32 amp breaker and a thick cable. Other than that, it is completely worth it. I and my family use it. I can say that in the four years we have had it, we have not had any incident that did not perform as needed. By selecting the desired temperature, within a few seconds the water is as it should be and with unmatched economy compared to the old water heater we had. I am very satisfied!

It is truly excellent. Initially, I did not expect it, but for the past 4.5 years that we have installed it, we have had hot water directly and low consumption without any problems. It is also very practical for small children because it has a screen where you can adjust the temperature precisely. We have also installed it in series with our solar water heater, which means extra savings in consumption. Of course, to avoid any mistakes and prevent the temperature from reaching 100 degrees in the summer and damaging the valve, our technician installed a mixing valve and we have not encountered any issues. The water heater stopped working after about two years. We used it for 20 days a year with very light use in the winter by two people.
The service asked me for €40+VAT to come and see it and tell me how much the repair would cost. When they saw it, they asked for another €45+VAT to change a plastic valve. Total of €85+VAT, if I didn't want the repair, I would only pay the €40+VAT!!!

Perfect! We got it in installments from a store here on Skroutz and it takes water from the solar water heater in the winter, so it uses the water that is not frozen, and it works with lower power automatically. On the screen, I see (I press 2 buttons and enter its menu) the lowest function whenever I want.
We are 4 people but it serves us just fine. The electricity it consumes is less than regular water heaters. (before this, we had a different brand's regular one) since this one works with lower watts on its own (I think it works similar to inverters that automatically increase or decrease their power).
We have had it for about 3 years and it hasn't had any issues. (We were smart and saw it working at the dealership but we bought it from a nearby store through Skroutz).
