    The case does not clamp from the top side like most, but the watch fits in between it, resulting in the bottom side being at the same point as the magnet, so it does not make good contact when it needs charging. I realized this during the first charge when I left it for over an hour and it hadn't charged at all, so you have to remove the straps every time you charge it
