Very helpful for the training phase. It changes depending on where you grab one magnet and gives different lengths and freedom to the dog, depending on the command (shorter for "next to", medium for "sit" and "lie down", and longer for "stay". The clasps with the magnets are a very good invention. With the classic ones, we usually struggle to grab the leash on the collar. This one doesn't have that problem. And they never come undone by accident. Mine has chewed it up of course because he is still a puppy and was biting it at first, but it is incredibly durable. I also got another simpler one from Ferplast, but again with a clasp with magnets, but logically I will buy this one again once we stop the biting.
