Tasting Notes: Shinobu whiskey is handcrafted and produced by distiller Mr. Usami, who carefully selects whiskey from around the world. It is initially matured in ex-Sherry and Bourbon casks before being transferred to precious Japanese Mizunara oak casks for further maturation in Japan. The result is a unique fusion of flavors with a dynamic burst on the palate, which remains smooth and easy to drink. All naturally with no coloring. Mizunara, an expensive oak, imparts incredible flavor to the spirit of Shinobu. This pure malt matures for at least 10 years, allowing it to acquire inspiring characteristics.
