The central part of the brush is made of extremely fine high-quality velvet. This velvet is flanked on both sides by a thick layer of very fine carbon fibers. The carbon fibers remove static from the record, allowing dust to loosen and be easily collected by the velvet in the middle of the brush, even from the deep grooves of the records.
