The taste of pine prevails over thyme, but it is still very good quality honey. I prefer to get either pure pine or only thyme honey.

I wasn't thrilled, I've had better.. It seemed very generic in taste, it didn't have anything special.

Wild only because of exceptional quality and price... I have been buying it for a year now and I will continue with my favorite oak flavor

The honey has an excellent texture, taste, and aftertaste. It reminded me of the honey I used to eat as a child in the village from the honeycombs. Raw honey, however, only a chemical analysis can confirm what we believe.
