    There is no way I will ever deal with another brand other than Daiwa. The reel is excellent. (I also have the NinjaLT 3000, which is also excellent). I wear it on the Daiwa Spitfire Seabass 14-56gr. It works like butter, very lightweight, and has wonderful brakes. Daiwa calls it ATD. Progressive brake system, the reel knows when to give or cut line to the fish. What else can we say, what else can we ask for? I have had it for 5 months, but today I am writing the review because the reel caught a 6.8kg Gofari FROM THE BELLY!!! The fish put up a tremendous fight and the reel responded perfectly for such a difficult situation (those who have caught fish from the belly know what it means to catch a 6.8kg Gofari from there... catching a 500g seabass from the belly makes you think you're bringing in a monster... 5/5 from me, buy it with closed eyes, and most importantly, trust in Daiwa.
