Bendirs feature four thin strings stretched across the inside of the drumhead, which create the classic Bendir "buzzing" sound. These instruments are fully adjustable and lightweight for hours of comfortable playing.

MEINL produces them with both natural and synthetic True Feel drumheads. The bendirs are fully tunable, with rich low frequencies and bright harmonics.
