    For amateur use and for the price they have, they are good. They need very good tightening of the screws at the base to be more stable, and up to 100 kilos of weight they are fine. For more, I don't have much confidence, even though they are rated for up to 250 kilos. If you are at a very advanced level, you should go for something more professional, but also more expensive..

    I use it for a workbench, I had seen in another comment that it flickers but it's just fine, you just need to find a key to tighten the screws (it doesn't come with one) overall it's okay and it holds up
