Elastic hybrid structural adhesive for heavy loads. Very good adhesion to almost all surfaces. No complex stabilization of components required. 

Features

  • Flexible, with low elasticity
  • Paintability: Can be painted before and after skin formation with all common paint systems (excluding alkyd resin varnishes).
  • UV radiation resistance
  • Ideal for visible joints.
  • Non-corrosive
  • Prevents corrosion on metals.
  • NSF registration (P1), (No. 136996)
  • International approval for use in food processing areas.
  • Almost odorless, contains no volatile organic compounds (VOC) and solvents
  • Does not contain isocyanates, PVC, and silicone

Applications

  • For structural bonding subjected to dynamic loads, for sealing seams and joints in the construction of bodies, vehicles, and caravans, in the construction of wagons and containers, in metal constructions and machinery constructions, in air ducts and air conditioning ducts, in the food industry, etc.
  • Very good adhesion to almost all surfaces, e.g., steel, stainless steel, sheet metal (phosphated, chromated, and galvanized), aluminum (including anodized), materials such as ABS, GRP, hard PVC, and ceramic materials.
  • Unsuitable for PE, PP, PTFE, silicone rubber, Styrofoam, and soft plastics.
