The lens as a construction is excellent. Very sturdy. All metal construction. Even the hood. Except the cap. It has very fast autofocus in normal light and slightly slower in difficult lighting conditions. However, the focus is always correct. Excellent sharpness in the center and very good sharpness in the corners at f 3.5. From f 4 and onwards, the sharpness is perfect throughout the photo. The colors are very nice. Neutral. It reproduces what it sees. Of course, the price hurts. But you get what you pay for. There are other solutions at 24mm, such as the TAMRON 24mm f2.8 with the same image quality, but very slow autofocus in normal light and almost does not focus in low light, and the SAMYANG 24mm f2.8 but with not so good image quality and fast autofocus which is not always correct. I researched a lot before buying it and I do not regret it.
