Crete meets the north in a bottle of sparkling wine. Laurents Hartman, known for producing exceptional sparkling wines, and Afshin Molavi from the Manousakis winery in Crete create an exceptional sparkling wine, limited production, made using the traditional Champagne method.

The Cretan Romeiko comes from old vineyards at an altitude of 550-600 meters in Rethymno and the Northern Greek Xinomavro from ungrafted vines in Amyntaio at an altitude of 700 meters. Combined with maturation for 4 years in the bottle with the lees, they lead to a particularly complex and refined sparkling wine with an unexpectedly lemony character.
