The seller gives a 2-year warranty. The first bulb burned out after 3 months. They replaced it for me as expected. But then, after a few days, another bulb burned out. Their lifespan must be 3 to 4 months with frequent use (e.g. bathroom). So I wouldn't have to replace them all the time, I asked to return all 3 and get a refund for all 3. They approved my request and I sent all 3 back, but they only refunded me for 1 bulb!!! For the other 2 - silence. Good luck sorting it out... The 11 euros won't save me, but being messed around has its limits. When the seller received 3 bulbs, didn't he wonder why he was only refunding for 1? I mention this in case the seller claims he was confused about what was agreed. In any case, the bulbs are unreliable. As for the seller - you can draw your own conclusions...
