    I bought it knowing that I'm paying a low price and therefore I can't expect miracles. Just enough to get the job done. The device is mostly made of plastic and cheaply made. Expected considering its cost. In the first use, it toasted the slices (classic bread slices for toast) in just 3 minutes (as I had set it), relatively evenly (could have been better) and I can even say it slightly burned them. This means that I left it for more time than necessary, NOT that it's the device's fault.

    On the negative side, it doesn't automatically eject the slices when it's done, but when the toasting process and time are finished, it notifies you with a sound. You manually remove the toast with the handles on the bread slots.
    The handle of the timer doesn't clearly indicate the set time, so one can get confused.
    The crumb tray comes out relatively easily for cleaning.

    The timer gave up, just suddenly and completely. The heating elements still work, but now I have to stand over it and check every now and then if the toast is ready. You get what you pay for, as we said. I am forced to lower the rating to 3.
