Sika® FerroGard®-903 Plus is a surface-applied corrosion inhibitor for the steel reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures, designed for use with impregnation. It is based on organic ingredients and penetrates the concrete, forming a protective layer on the surface of the steel reinforcement. It features a dual action, inhibiting the onset of corrosion and reducing the rate of corrosion of the steel reinforcement.

Technical Information:

Sika® FerroGard®-903 Plus can penetrate the concrete at a rate of a few millimeters per day, reaching depths of 25 to 40 mm in 1 month. This rate varies depending on the porosity of the concrete.
