The first time I moved aside to avoid someone who was passing quickly next to me and lightly hit a wall (I can't emphasize lightly enough). We're talking about contact that wouldn't even be considered a foul by the highest paid referee. It made two big scratches on the screen and small marks (like dents or indentations) on the edge of the screen. I would expect something similar to happen if you hit a plastic screen or a plastic watch with great force against a wall.
The second time, it touched the wall in my room as I was lying in bed (how much force could I have exerted) and I said to myself ohhh.. I looked at it and not only did it not scratch like I feared from the previous experience, but a piece of the glass was missing, it basically broke in a corner.
Supposedly, it is gorilla glass, which has saved me in most of my phones with minor scratches after a lot of abuse whenever I didn't have a screen protector.
I never liked putting a screen protector on a smartwatch, personally it changes the touch sensation for me, I don't like the possible bubbles on the watch, they detract from the feeling of a real watch that I want my smartwatch to have.
With this logic, I understand the small scratches are almost unavoidable on any watch, but here we're talking about a plastic screen that could scratch but at least wouldn't break. So this one is worse. Our gorilla turned out to be a kitten..
Also, I should mention that all of this happened within a two-month period, while for the phones I mentioned, after a year of use, after falls, etc., I never saw anything more than small scratches and dents. Not a scratched screen..

I wanted to get the Huawei gt2 pro with a sapphire glass screen and a titanium case, but unfortunately, I fell into the trap of getting the Amazfit for Xiaomi's ecosystem. If you don't have such issues, go for the Huawei without hesitation. I say this even though I'm not a big fan of Huawei, but they seem to do a great job with watches and at good prices. On paper, the significant difference in Huawei's build quality outweighs the small difference in their prices.

Other than that, if you're not concerned about the fragile screen and scratches or if you're very careful, it's beautiful, with plenty of features, good battery life compared to Android Wear and Apple Watch, and fairly accurate basic measurements (it has a bit of a problem with sleep tracking, another significant negative for me).

I would really like to give it a better rating, but solely because of the fragile screen, it automatically gets a 2/5.

I have had the watch for about 10 months and I have to say that there is no better value for the money. I have read many comments saying that the watch doesn't work properly and that the touch screen stops working after a while, which is not true at all. I have had it for so long and the watch works like the first day, even the battery, which may have decreased slightly to the point where you don't even notice it, easily lasts me 5 days with all its functions open. In terms of speech, it is excellent and when I receive calls, the sound comes through perfectly and no one can tell that I am not speaking from my phone at that moment. To be honest, for three months when I used it with Xiaomi (Redmi Note 7 Pro), I had some connectivity and messaging issues as it would constantly disconnect and I thought it was the watch's fault. However, when I switched to iPhone 11 Pro Max, everything was PERFECT, both in terms of measurements and connectivity, it never disconnects until the battery runs out. And since I got the phone, I haven't had to search for it even once because I always find it through the watch (especially with the iPhone). I highly recommend it if you want something for exercising and for various measurements you can do. ADVICE: always do the updates for the best performance of the watch and you won't have any issues. The watch does everything it promises and more.

Negative: The strap needs to be changed after a while because it is leather and it doesn't withstand water

I am forced to give it 2 stars to be fair, but if I can, I would like to protect someone now from giving their money to this garbage that didn't even last me a SINGLE DAY! Exactly 7 months..
Specifically:
1. I had a lot of trouble connecting the watch to the phone of the same company (I didn't pay attention because I thought it would happen once).
2. From the very first days, the microphone stopped working (I didn't pay attention because it wasn't that necessary for me).
3. It started confusing the device between the phone, headphones, or watch when sending a call (the watch was causing the problem). (I didn't pay attention and I was patient).
4. From a certain point onwards, it stopped displaying the caller's name and only showed the number (I paid attention because it was the reason I bought it, so I wouldn't have to take out my phone every time I received a call, but instead talk through the headphones and see who was calling). After a lot of effort, I realized that the app needed an update to fix it.
5. Lately, it started losing connection with the phone at least twice a week due to the update it requested on the phone's app and the watch's software (it started getting on my nerves).
6. In the past few days, the screen started turning on with a white or green light without showing anything else. I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE, I SLAMMED IT AGAINST THE WALL AND BROKE IT!
The conclusion is that I spent my money on something that didn't even last a day and caused me incredible inconvenience.
The battery and the workout measurements are what I liked a lot, that's why it gets 2 stars

Update: After 14 months, the watch proved to be a bit disappointing for its price. Unfortunately, it gave up the ghost as the screen completely went black and was unresponsive. Throughout its use, comparisons showed it to be mediocre in terms of measurements for routes/kilometers/exercise in general. Additionally, scratches became increasingly visible and compared to other watches in its category, they appeared more easily and more prominently. As I mentioned before, it's a beautiful watch, but that's about it. It's worth investing more money in something more stable and reliable.

I should mention that I wear it all day, every day, with the only breaks being when I charge it. It has endured falls, impacts, and even water, and it still holds up like the first day.

Pros: It has a very clear and bright screen, easy to use, and a relatively long-lasting battery, requiring charging approximately every 5 days. It is very durable, having taken a lot of beating and only showing minor scratches that are not bothersome. It is truly waterproof, even in the sea, although you will need to change the strap as the leather won't withstand it. It is accurate in measuring heart rate, offers a wide range of exercise options to choose from, and provides relatively accurate maps for your route if you choose running, for example.

Cons: The touchscreen does lose its synchronization after a while, either not responding or responding slowly. In my case, the touchscreen is still in good condition, but the decrease in responsiveness is noticeable. The brightness sometimes falters, and even though it's on automatic, it doesn't increase no matter what. The accuracy in step counting is average, as well as the intensity of exercise that you may have selected.

With an additional 50 euros, there are models that seem to offer a better product.

I have been a user of this specific watch for about 2 months. To begin with, it is worth mentioning that I was torn between this and the Huawei GT2. The watch is extremely faulty with 2 main issues. Firstly, it does not easily connect to the mobile phone and often takes a very long time, while other times it does not connect at all (I own a Huawei mobile phone). The second and most significant issue is that the touch screen is malfunctioning and most of the time it does not work, rendering the watch literally useless. As for its other functions, I have no complaints (the measurements are relatively accurate, there is a wide range of activities for those who exercise, and the application is quite beautiful and functional), but what good are they when you cannot connect to the mobile phone and navigate through the watch's menu. Over time, I have regretted my choice and I believe that the Huawei GT2 is a much better option.
After contacting the store where I purchased it, I returned it and they confirmed the problem I explained above and refunded my money.

Former owner of Galaxy Watch 1 and various smart bands such as Mi Band 4 and Huawei WatchFit Band. The build quality is good, not something extraordinary, but at the same time it gives you the opportunity to not feel it on your wrist due to its lightweight. In contrast to the Galaxy Watch, which became tiring... surely it doesn't belong to the category of smartwatches, it is a smart band disguised as a watch frame... with all the active functions, it lasts for 4 to 5 days...
In terms of software, it is a smart band, but in terms of hardware, if you hack it in a specific way that you can find on the internet, you can turn it into a smartwatch since it has an embedded wireless network card that is locked, the software is actually a wear OS that has been trimmed down to reduce costs...
It is good and valuable for its price, but not something that will blow your mind if you are users of other similar watches...

The offline voice functions only work when the watch software is in English...
Alexa only works if you set the country of origin as America or Germany and the ZERR app should be active in the background, otherwise Alexa won't work.
For some unspecified reason, if you search in the software settings, you will see that it has two MAC addresses for Bluetooth... one works for connecting to the mobile app and the other for communication with the phone during calls, you should activate this option in the app and also pair it in Bluetooth with the second option, which for some reason gets disconnected if the ZERR app is not active in the background.

If you want something with more capabilities, get the Galaxy Watch Active 2, which is also very lightweight.
If you want similar capabilities but better material quality, get the Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro.
For 250 euros and above, go for regular smartwatches where the battery, with moderate use, doesn't exceed 3 days, and the cost with the functionality you will give them won't be worth the money. It's better to buy a second phone...

Update 22/6/2021: The case requires attention as it is not durable enough after all. Unfortunately, it seems to fade in scratches. It doesn't bother me as it is a gadget that is constantly used and wear and tear is expected. I mention it more for those who want something durable.

The watch is very good and serves its purpose perfectly. It has a very nice display, clear even under the summer sun. The always-on display that follows each watch face is simply wonderful. Combined with the Gtr 2 app for many watch faces, it creates a watch exactly as I wanted.

I bought it with the black case, which I think suits all occasions. Okay, it's not for formal wear, for that you wear a good...

Battery life is 5 to 6 days at most with always-on and nighttime sleep and heart rate tracking, meaning everything active except stress, which I find useless, and 3 hours of exercise per week.

It is scratch-resistant on the glass and seems to withstand impacts, although I haven't hit it anywhere yet. My case has a mark, but it is in a spot where it is impossible to have been hit (bottom side), maybe from taking it off and putting it back on or a manufacturing defect that I didn't notice when purchasing, although it's not visible.

Exercise tracking with many functions. Many sports, although it's a bit of marketing since from a certain point onwards it simply records heart rate, time, and calories burned. Still satisfied here.

Call answering works fine indoors, I haven't tested it outdoors. It also plays music, which I didn't expect to sound so loud and clear from such a small device.

Messages and notifications appear in full and can be read normally.

Transition from Amazfit Pace. Initially, I was going for the GT 2, but the always-on feature and the simplicity of the device, which is thinner in construction, kept me with Amazfit.

Lastly, Alexa commands, okay, I played with it a bit at first and then disabled it as it consumes a lot of battery. But it's always there as an option.
