Suitable for elastic and waterproof plasters, floor construction for underfloor heating, bonding old to new concrete, cement mortars for ramps and gutters, concrete repairs, and anti-corrosive protection of reinforcement, as well as acting as a primer for all surfaces. Enhances tile adhesives and grouts, while also functioning as a stabilizer for friable surfaces.
