Bauer Baulat mortar improver is a high-density acrylic polymer designed for use in flexible, waterproof mortars. It helps improve adhesion even on smooth surfaces, increases flexibility and mechanical strength, and provides waterproofing and moisture resistance.

It is used in plaster, underfloor heating screeds, cement screeds, concrete repairs, and bonding old concrete to new. It can also be used as a primer, to enhance tile adhesive and grout, to stabilize friable surfaces, and to protect reinforcing steel against corrosion. It is also suitable for finishing-coat mortars exposed to sunlight and the elements.
