Hard as described, you would expect. If you want it for extra height, it does the job. Measure as stated; it doesn't go any lower.

It's not bad but after 6 months of use the gel dissolved inside the case, I prefer the herzberg (purple) which is thicker and more durable.

If you have a coccyx issue, it is not suitable at all. It is a hard pillow. I cut the cells at the back for the coccyx and it still bothers me. If you don't have an issue, it is indeed cool and does not slip.

I had my doubts after reading various comments on foreign and Greek websites. I decided to give it a try and found it simply perfect! Due to my age, I have lost a lot of body mass, which made sitting in a chair or on the couch after about an hour painful. And when I say painful, I mean having to get up or lie down. Not great not terrible! It helps if you do sedentary work but don't expect anything amazing. It's definitely better than not having a cushion on the seat at all. It's also convenient if you have a leather chair where you sweat in the summer, as this allows air to circulate underneath and makes you more comfortable. For the money, it's okay.

It really helped me and I didn't have to buy a new office chair. My back pain has significantly decreased. The only downside is that the cover slips a lot on the chair. They should replace the cover with something less smooth.

I can't evaluate it objectively since I used it for a few days until I washed my orthopedic Supracor Stimulate pillow. So, I used it for 3-4 days in the electric wheelchair, I had enough shock absorption, potholes, bad ramps, and other similar things that a person with a mobility disability encounters.
