    This is the second time I have had an order for this product.

    I reject fish capsules because most manufacturers use fish waste or contain too much mercury or other metals that have entered the oceans through pollution and climate change. That's why my choice of product is a vegan one. I have taken it on an empty stomach for 2 months and have had no complaints. It doesn't taste of anything and there is no strong smell. I am aware of other vegan food supplements that have had a stronger smell to them.

    Conclusion: No side effects and organic algae - and I'm doing something for the climate too.

I bought this specific product without realizing that it comes from seaweed and its smell is really strong and leaves a fishy aftertaste, which is not the case with the company's fish oil. Hence the 3 stars. However, for someone who is a strict vegetarian, this product is an excellent choice for omega-3.
