My honest opinion: the build quality is good, and the blades are sharp. Easy to use and cuts well, but requires some extra pressure to cut potatoes. However, there are some things that I didn't like:
1- It's way too expensive for what it actually is.
2- It's too bulky. It takes a lot of space in the sink, on the dish rack and in the cabinet.
3- It's not that easy to clean. The time you save on cutting vegetables will be wasted on washing it.
4- Soft or sticky vegetables "like tomatoes and mushrooms" will get more smushed than chopped, and they'll get stuck in the pressure piece in the lid and become very annoying to clean out, even with the included comb.
5- You can't just rub the blade with a sponge, it'll rip the sponge apart and become dull very quickly.
Verdict: if you don't need to cut a whole lot of vegetables and fruits daily or feed a large family, simply skip this purchase and use your good ol' kitchen knife. Washing it requires a brush because it has way too many nooks and crannies that are impossible to access with a sponge. You need to clean the blade gently to avoid damaging it.
Edit "after multiple uses": the fact that it's incredibly difficult and time consuming to clean led me to throw it on the top shelf and abandon it completely. The whole point of that thing is to save time and effort. While it saves a minute on the whole cutting process, it takes a whole lot of careful scrubbing to get the food debris out of its many tiny nooks and crannies. Removing sticky residue off the blade is so frustrating and almost impossible. Now that I tested it more thoroughly, review adjusted to 1 star. Use your money to buy a decent knife, and save yourself the hassle.
