The lens provides a coverage of 63.1° when used with full-frame cameras. Aspherical lenses deliver clearly defined images with minimal distortion and chromatic aberrations, with a minimum focusing distance of 30 cm. The 9-blade iris allows for the creation of an impressive 18-point star effect. A removable petal-shaped lens hood offers flare protection, and the front threaded part of the lens accepts a 77 mm filter.
