This Hoya series is the economical one, maintaining the anti-reflective coating / multi-coating, thin design suitable even for wide-angle lenses. No need to spend extra money, the protection and easy cleaning work perfectly. Water repellent. Recommended! Same holds true for all the UX filter range from 40.5mm diameter all the way to 49mm/52mm/55mm up to 62 and 72mm.
