Μέτριο προς μαλακό. Κατά την άποψη μου, το κεφάλι βουλιάζει μέσα στο μαξιλάρι τόσο όσο χρειάζεται. Κρατάει στη σωστή θέση τον αυχένα και τον ανακουφίζει , δεν τον κουράζει.
(Αυτό που πρέπει να προσέξει κάποιος είναι να επιλέξει το σωστό ύψος, 12 ή 15 εκατοστά νομίζω).
