Ειναι λιγο βαρύ αλλα και γι'αυτο είναι σταθερο. Εχει λιγη μυρωδια αν το βάλλεις στο σπιτι... Οστωσο το βρισκω πολύ καλο για αρσεις και ασκησεις με βαρη...αυτα!
