When I decided to buy the DJI Pocket 2 Creator Combo, I thought it would be a waste of money, thinking that with the Insta360 One R 1" and the Hohem iSteady 4 Pro I would have solved the issue of night videos (since the GoPro Hero 10 doesn't have it in this area), but as soon as I tried this so strange (in appearance) "little gadget" I realized how wrong I was and how much more it was worth!
Now it has replaced the Insta360 One R 1" on night walks and the GoPro Hero 10 on daytime walks.
But let's start from the beginning, starting with what I consider to be the negatives:
1) Its battery is small and built-in, so it cannot be replaced in case it runs out, but you still have a lot of work to do (but it can be connected to a power bank and work while charging) or in case the battery fails either due to a defect or due to long-term use. It gives me about 45-50 minutes of actual use in 4K@30fps video or 25 minutes of regular video and the same for Timelapse.
2) It is not waterproof, so without the special case, it is better not to use it even in fog!
3) The maximum resolution is 4K and the maximum framerate is 60fps.

On the positive side:
1) It has mechanical stabilization instead of digital, so you neither lose part of the video due to stabilization, nor lose stabilization (image shake) when shooting video with a low framerate and slow shutter speed (e.g. 24fps @ 1/48).
2) It has digital zoom that you can use while shooting video.
3) It records excellent sound, especially if you have the DJI Mic and the Do-It-All Handle (Creator Combo).
4) It can be used as a camera (normal or fpv), take timelapse and motion timelapse, take regular or panoramic photos, and has many other features that are accessible through the MIMO app (the package includes a QR code that you scan and it takes you to the page where you download the app).
5) With the Do-It-All Handle, you can control it with your mobile phone from a distance.
6) If the tiny screen bothers you, you can attach the special adapter included in the package and connect it to your mobile phone so that you can use it as a controller and a huge screen.
7) It has a small additional lens with a magnetic attachment that significantly increases the field of view.
8) The Face Track and Active Track functions free up your hands if you use the DJI Pocket 2 for vlogging.
9) The Creator Combo is worth its money and more because all its accessories are really useful, especially the wireless microphone, which gives you excellent sound, while if you buy them separately, you will reach 600€.

Personally, I mainly use it for video walks and timelapse, and I have to say that I regret spending so much money on the Insta360 One R, as it has better stabilization and better performance in night videos.
It may only reach up to 4K@60fps, but the quality of the video and sound is exceptional and the stabilization is on another level.
I also tried it in night videos with a moving car and I dare say that it left me speechless there too!

9) If you buy it individually, it has a very good price (120+ euros less than a GoPro Hero 10) and in the Creator Combo (which is worth its money because it has a bunch of really useful accessories), its price is at the level of a standalone GoPro Hero 10 and lower than that of the Hero 11.

Personally, I mainly use it for video walks and timelapse, and I have to say that I regret spending so much money on the Insta360 One R, as it has better stabilization and better performance in nighttime videos.

I was torn between this and the Gopro 10. The pocket 2 has a 56% larger sensor than the Gopro, with all the implications for low-light performance. So I chose this for a small portable camera.
The video quality is noticeably better than Gopro.
It fits in your pocket, it's very lightweight.
The sound is also very good. It has built-in microphones and automatically selects the direction to emphasize. It also has manual adjustment in the menu.
The screen, although small, has satisfactory touch for adjustments.
Overall, it has plenty of parameter settings, including sensitivity-speed of the gimbal.
Very good build quality.
Stabilization is flawless, of course.
Battery life is satisfactory.
I would maybe like a removable battery, but you can charge it with a power bank while using it.
The video has noticeably more detail than the Iphone 13 Pro, which I also have and compare due to its excellent camera (for a phone).
Overall, compared to a Gopro for all uses except action, I would recommend it without hesitation. It writes at a higher bitrate and has a more "crispy" image. It reminds me more of a "professional" camera rather than a phone or action camera. For example, with a 64GB card, while I record 120 minutes on the Gopro 10, I record 92-93 minutes on the pocket in the same settings. (if I remember correctly, 4K 30fps.)
For low-light shots, there's no comparison with Gopro.

For the price and size, I was impressed by the quality and clarity of the video.

As for the negatives, I mention the small screen and the fact that you need to purchase an extra accessory to connect it wirelessly to a phone.
Also, it doesn't even have a small optical zoom.
I haven't noticed any problems or freezing so far.

After several days of use and several experiments.
Positives:
- Very good stabilization
- Excellent video quality
- Quality stereo recording
- Nice time lapse
- Small size
- Pro mode option for manual settings in photo and video (Shutter Speed, ISO, White balance)
- Ability to capture photos in RAW format (even at 64MP)

Negatives:
- The Mimo application is heavy (requires a very good mobile phone)
- Poor performance in low light conditions when taking photos
- Overheats and stops recording in 4K/60fps
- AAC recording set at 189kbps (low bitrate considering the use of high-quality microphones and the ability to connect an external microphone with an adapter)
- Creates an additional LRF file format during video recording, which is essentially an mp4 file in 720p resolution (unnecessarily takes up extra space and there is no reason to have an additional file in lower resolution)
- Slight pixelation in 8x slow motion
- Built-in battery

In terms of quality-price ratio, it is slightly overpriced, but considering its size, it produces very good stable video even if you have Parkinson's.
