Rich earthy flavor, with a balance of sweetness and saltiness, without being either. Fantastic for spreading, perhaps with a little maple syrup or another liquid sweetener.
I also tried it in baking, it is a very handy and unique ingredient. Okay, all shelled pistachios are a bit expensive but they are really worth it.
Just to mention that tiny grains of ground roasted peanuts are noticeable in the mouth (it is not completely smooth and creamy like a praline). This also shows how natural the product is, but it might bother some people.

Πλούσια γήινη γεύση, με ισορροπία γλύκας - αλμύρας, χωρίς να είναι τίποτα από τα δύο. Φανταστικό για άλειμμα, ίσως με λίγο σιρόπι σφενδάμου ή άλλο υγρό γλυκαντικό.

Excellent product! Very concentrated. Not to be consumed as is, do not get confused! For example, I take a white chocolate bar, melt it in a bain-marie and add 2 tablespoons of this incredible ingredient.... THE RESULT IS UNBELIEVABLE
