With the addition of water only, it results in a mixture that is workable for 7 minutes, while its hardening process begins at 15 minutes. The strength it develops in 1 hour is equivalent to that of a simple mortar after 24 hours. It has high resistance to frost, moisture, carbonation, and corrosion from chemicals such as nitrates, sulfates, and chlorides. It exhibits strong adhesion to the substrate, very good workability, minimal shrinkage, and does not crack.
