I have it for the car, so not for professional use (e.g. workshop) nor of course for any crazy difficulties. The button in the center is very practical, I can even change spark plugs with it, as well as tighten the central steering cone screw with a 22mm socket, etc. I also use an adapter for smaller nuts that I have in my collection. I've had it for a year and it works great. Other ones with a triangle in the center or a locking mechanism that you turned left-right depending on what you wanted to do, after a while they would stick or get oxidized and were not practical at all, here it's click-click.
