Για 1.76 - 80 κιλά , μου είναι τέλειο το XL. Νομίζω πως από 75-90 κιλά εκεί είσαι. Πιο κάτω πας για L και πιο πάνω για XXL. Είναι ελαστικό στη μέση οπότε μην ανησυχείς και πολύ.
