Evan Williams Single Barrel is the first and only vintage Single Barrel Bourbon to win awards and a 5-time winner of the Whisky of the Year award. It is bottled from a single barrel and has a handwritten barrel number and bottling date. It is named after Evan Williams, who opened Kentucky's first distillery in 1783. This is an 86.6% proof Bourbon with a golden amber color, aromas of brown caramel, sweet oak, and vanilla, combined with flavors of rich and spicy oak, honey, and notes of vanilla.
