It will blue screen when playing games at the default frequency. I can only lock its frequency to 4400mhz to play the game stably. Did I buy a low-quality product?

Not been able to auto boost properly at its default speed of 4.6GHz (and occasionally at 4.75GHz) could mean a lot of things. The CPU could be defective, or the power delivery has issues, or could be windows and literally anything. Even though this CPU is a low power one (65W TDP, 76W PPT) I have to ask if your PSU is ok. Have you checked CPU temperature?
Keep windows updated and also board chipset drivers (only from AMD website). What kind of DRAM are you running? GBs, speed, number of sticks... Have you running it with XMP/DOCP on or off? Sometimes the CPU/DRAM/Board combo do not work and at this situation getting different RAM can fix it. But before spending additional money there are a lot that could be done to try to fix any issue. The thing is that here is not the best place for helping anyone to do PC troubleshooting. You can subscribe to big forum where a lot of users have the experience and knowledge to help you. I can recommend https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/
Get HWiNFO64 (free software) and run it on sensors mode only. There you can see almost any reading/sensor of your entire PC.
ZenTimings is another useful report software regarding the memory subsystem of the PC.

Keep in mind that a new BIOS version can fix a lot of issues about compatibility between CPU/DRAM even though its not referred on its description. So its best to do the update since you are experiencing issues.

Happy to help! To be honest the BIOS update was already proposed by vagman_reviews. Just do your self (and the PC) a favor and at least check at what speed the memory components are running with latest version of ZenTimings. Its very simple. Download it and run it. At the upper right corner you'll see 3 frequency speeds. MCLK (Memory_CLocK), FCLK (Fabric_CLocK), UCLK (Unified_memory_controller_CLocK). If your RAM is for example a DDR4 3200 kit then all 3 speeds should read 1600MHz. If its a DDR4 3600 kit then all 3 should run at 1800Mhz and so on. They have to run at the same speed to minimize RAM latency penalty (high memory latency = performance drop). Also if you RAM kit is a 2-stick one then they must be installed on A2 and B2 memory dimms for better stability and to work as a dual channel.

The latest version as of today 9/8/2024 is 7C52v3M.

Also, it highly depends on what cooling solution you are currently using: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/11kyuud/ryzen_5_5600x_not_reaching_advertized_boost_clock/

On my Ryzen 5 5600G I was able to see advertised clock speeds (base & boost) with stock cooler and 6 fans all at 100% speed, in winter months: https://www.skroutz.gr/account/favorite_lists/11257852

Open Source software that I use to control fan speeds: https://getfancontrol.com/

The latest bios is just an update for security issues. This is a low-performance CPU. Anyway, thank you very much for your help.

This is what the description says but you'll never know what other minor bugs are possibly getting fixed along with the security issue. It's always good practice to install the newest version and start troubleshooting your temperatures and cooling from there.

5600X isn't at all a low-performance CPU in no way shape or form. Ryzen 5 1600 is a low-performance CPU. If you truly think that you bought the wrong product for your usage in the first place.
