Description & Specifications

The Konig K-Summit K44 snow chains are fitted and removed from the outside of the wheel and secured to one of its original wheel nuts or bolts. The integrated ratchet tensions the chain, which moves into the correct position while driving, while the K-Lock wrench features a torque indicator. The tread chain combines plastic plates, metal studs and a steel chain, while the welded traction plates help provide grip on snow and ice.

The Wheel-Shield Level 0 design ensures there are no contact points between the chain and the alloy wheel. Adapters for 17, 19, 21 and 22 mm wheel nuts or bolts are included. The chains are certified to Ö-Norm V5117, UNI 11313 and EN 16662-1, and are not recommended for off-road use.
