Description & Specifications

The König K-Summit XL K55 XL snow chains are external-type chains and are fitted and removed exclusively from the outside of the wheel. They attach to one of the wheel’s original nuts or bolts and feature a ratchet for tensioning, allowing them to tighten into position while driving. The tread chain combines a special steel chain, plastic plates and metal studs.

The welded traction plates are designed to provide grip on snowy and icy surfaces. Fitting is assisted by the K-Lock wrench with an integrated torque indicator, while Wheel-Shield Level 0 ensures there are no contact points between the chain and the alloy wheel. Adapters for 17, 19, 21 and 22 mm bolts or nuts are included. Not recommended for off-road use.
