    Without barrel, it produces wines with aromas of green apple, lemon, and minerality. With barrel aging, it develops aromas of vanilla, butter, smoke, and tropical fruits. The acidity varies depending on the climate and winemaking

    Sauvignon Blanc

    Depending on the climate, it can produce aromas of grass, asparagus, bell pepper (in cooler climates) or more tropical aromas such as passion fruit and grapefruit (in warmer climates). It usually has high acidity.

    Rhodite

    It produces wines with a light to medium body, subtle aromas of citrus and white flowers, and good acidity, especially the mountainous Rhodite.
